Our Story
Our Story
In today’s environment, too much time is spent testing controls and chasing evidence, leaving teams pulled away from their real purpose: preventing restatements and protecting assets. It doesn’t have to be that way. Using deep experience across industries and ERP systems, we help clients establish clear, foundational programs that meet Big Four expectations while freeing up time for higher-value activities. Kyntric comes from kinetic and centric, reflecting our belief that a modern SOX program should be dynamic, adaptable, and firmly rooted at the center of your financial control.

As a newly public Company, we faced SOX uncertainty and looming auditor pressure. Kyntric brought structure, clarity, and calm. They helped us focus on what mattered, guided control design, and stayed hands-on through execution. Our SOX costs were lower than expected — and our audit went smoother than we had imagined.
